Ingredients
- 5 cl of Rhum Barbancourt’s Haitian Proof
- 1/2 cl of lime juice
- 6 leaves of fresh mint
- 2 cc of sugar
- 6 cl of sparkling water
- Ice
Preparation
- In a tumbler glass, crush the mint leaves with the masher, with the rum
- Add the sugar and the lime juice
- Mix
- Add the sparkling water and the ice
