Ingredients

• 5 cl of Rhum Barbancourt’s Haitian Proof
• 1/2 cl of lime juice
• 6 leaves of fresh mint
• 2 cc of sugar
• 6 cl of sparkling water
• Ice

Preparation

1. In a tumbler glass, crush the mint leaves with the masher, with the rum
2. Add the sugar and the lime juice
3. Mix
4. Add the sparkling water and the ice
